I've been a State Farm client since getting a driver's license, 40 years ago. When our previous agent retired and closed her office, our policies were transferred to Stephanie Curtis in Gurnee. Recently, we've made changes to both a life and auto policy, cancelled an auto policy, added a new auto policy, a second new auto policy and a renters policy. I've never had to talk to an agent as much as I have the last few months! Sometimes Stephanie herself addressed our questions but usually it was Liz. Both were very personable, patient, knowledgable and thorough! Liz really hit it out of the park with her great service! I am very happy with the pricing too!
